If you think it's about sales and marketing, you've kinda missed the point.We have a passion for people, human behaviour and psychology and believe great businesses focus on people; selling to them, servicing them, leading them and developing teams of them. After working with big name, international companies such as Peugeot, Renault, Red Bull, Pizza Hut and Gems TV, we now love to bring big business strategies into the SME sector in order to bring transformational results. We are certified DiSC and 5 Behaviours of a Cohesive Team Trainers and along side other transformational modalities, we break down the barriers to achieving business success in order to solve real world problems. The Love Mondays team have saved numerous business from closure which in turn avoided many redundancies. We have recruited for hundreds of jobs for our clients and supported many charities relating to homelessness, domestic abuse and poverty.

Homelessness and poverty is a real issue in the UK today. This effects us all.
Did you know that two-thirds of those affected by poverty are already in work? Did you know that one in five UK children do not have sufficient food?If you have 5 parents working in lower paid positions your business, at least 1 of those can’t afford to feed their children. The most common form of child poverty today is poverty in working families. In addition to this, women across the board are earning less than men in all areas for equal jobs. This is a real problem in the UK today but this is something that we can change. We believe a successful company is a happy workplace. A parent who can feed their children will be more focussed at work and feel more valued; And it’s not just us that thinks this. Studies have found that happier employees are on average 12% more productive, and some reached as high as 20%. By way of comparison in regards to GDP and economic growth, rises of 3% are considered very large. These are real issues, but they are things that that we can address. It is down to us to end poverty, contribute to fairer and more equal pay and see a fairer working environment for all. Love Mondays.
