We don’t burnout because we hate our jobs, or because we struggle with the workload. Quite the opposite. You love what you do, and you’d work all the hours if your body would just keep up with your brain.
But it doesn’t.

STEP 1: build The 5 Hour WORK WEEK
Being fully booked and running a back to back diary might feel like a success, but not when it comes at the cost of your health and well being.
It is also impossible to scale.
The income boom and busts can get quite unmanageable, and not being able to take a day off means you burnout even quicker.
You worry that if you stop, it all collapses. This isn’t good for your nervous system!
When you build a digital course or signature programme, all of your years of experience is built into a scalable asset. You can still work 1:1 if that’s what you love to do, but you can charge a premium for it. You can also work a lot less when your bassline income is covered with recurring, passive revenue.
This needs to be your first goal
What course would you need to build, and what would you charge, to be able to get your basic bills paid every month? Most people say they need £3-5k per month. Would this be 3 sales at £1000 per month recurring, 10 people at £300 per month, or 100 people at £30?
Running a digital programme means you can earn 6 figures working just 5 hours pere week.
STEP 2: Build the audience
In order to sell online, you’re going to need a niche market and audience. If you speak to everyone, you speak to no one.
Don’t be afraid to niche. This is how you scale up.
Think back to who you were 3-5 years ago. What did you need help with? What courses did you take?
This is what your ideal customer will pay you a premium for
I might also guess that you probably aren’t comfortable with social media. I get it. It’s a lot easier being a WFH healer, and a lot easier to hide.
But, if you can achieve these miracles for clients while you’re hiding at home, imagine the impact you could have if you just spoke authentically online?
You don’t need to set up a background. You don’t need a script. You don’t need to use the ‘professional’ voice you’d never use anywhere else.
Speak to the camera like you would a friend or a client. People want to see the real you.
STEP 3: Build the system that sells for you
Building a course and an audience is one thing, but converting them into paying clients is another.
This is where most healers get stuck. They post consistently, they get the followers, the DMs, the “you’re so inspiring” comments, and then…
Nothing.
The missing piece is a system.
You need a simple funnel that takes someone from first discovering you, to buying from youm without you being on a discovery call for every single sale.
This means:
— A lead magnet that attracts your ideal client
— An email sequence that builds trust automatically
— A sales page that converts while you sleep
You don’t need to be techy to build this. You need to be clear on your message, your offer and your ideal client.
When your system sells for you, you stop trading time for money completely.
Your audience grows. Your income grows. Your diary empties.
And your body finally gets the space it needs to heal.
